For B2B outreach we use business data: name, job title, company and business email address. It comes from public sources such as company websites and business registers. For each contact we record where it came from and when. The legal basis is our legitimate interest, or that of our client, in approaching companies with a relevant business offer (art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time; we will then stop emailing you and delete your data within the period in section 3. When we work on behalf of a client, that client's privacy statement also applies.
